Documents, pictures, video clips, text animations or any other content given by the client should follow the copyright laws.

Innovative Soft will allow you to revise maximum of three times to approve the design.
Innovative Soft  may need to put some part of your website and content in to our portfolio and the site must have our branding text “Developed by Innovative Soft”.

In an event of order cancellation, client must notify Innovative Soft by calling or writing to us within 7 days of the order. There will be a cancellation charge applicable. Typically, this would be 30% of the total due amount of the site if you notify us at the beginning stage of your design. There will be no refund for starter package subscriber.

We will complete the site within 3 weeks if you provide design feedback and contents promptly. If you do not provide us the feedback on time, the project will be delayed which will be your responsibility. We may accept a maximum delay of 2 month and the full payment will be demanded. However, we may complete the site thereafter at a maximum period of 4 month all together.

In any case after the delivery of the site, if client wishes to cancel the site for any reason, full payment has to be made whatsoever. The full payment agreed must need to be made.

INV will have the rights to stop the development if any payment is missed or any unlawful element demanded by the client. INV will not refund any deposit for forced stopped work yet the full amount agreed needs to be made.

Once the website is completed, we would accept any error report or alteration within the first 30 days of the delivery.

If maintenance is not agreed with the package, Innovative Soft will not be responsible for any updates thereafter. Please note, Protection from hacking, malware, virus and all other un-authorised intrusion in to the site will be charged separately.
